Suction Pivot
The TJ6505 Suction Pivot is included with all Plasma Guide Kits and is also available separately. This Suction Pivot suits use with all PLasma Circle Guides by fitting directly to the Guide Frame, or it can be used with the TJ6051 Radius Bar for larger diameters. This combination can also be used with the Tanjant Plasma Roller Guide, with some limitations. The Suction Pivot is locked into place by rotating the top cap clockwise until a positive “click” is felt when the rider bars have reached the top of the internal ramp. Suction Pivot
The TJ6505 Suction Pivot is included with all Plasma Guide Kits and is also available separately. This Suction Pivot suits use with all PLasma Circle Guides by fitting directly to the Guide Frame, or it can be used with the TJ6051 Radius Bar for larger diameters. This combination can also be used with the Tanjant Plasma Roller Guide, with some limitations. The Suction Pivot is locked into place by rotating the top cap clockwise until a positive “click” is felt when the rider bars have reached the top of the internal ramp. To release, simply rotate anti-clockwise until the solid stop at bottom of ramp is reached.

The separate pack (TJ6505) comprises a swivel pin & nut, link nut, fasteners and suction base assembly. The base has four V-grooves cast at 90 degree intervals on the outside to allow the Suction Pivot to be placed onto squared lines to locate the centre (USA-center). The Suction Pivot is for use with Plasma Cutting only on clean metal surface. Not for cutting circles less than 150mm (6″) diameter as rubber seal pad may be damaged by radiant or plate heat.
